The Whole Loaf

Whether you buy it store bought, or bake your own, bread is something we can't live without.
It doesn't last for long on the counter before getting stale, so I like to split my loaves into 3 sections and bag it. One I keep on the counter in the original bag, the other two are put in the freezer for later.

It's a great way to be able to use the whole loaf without having to throw so much away. Bread is now almost 4 dollars a bag and I want to make every last penny stretch from each bag.
